  • Refund & Return Policy

    At Arcaine Museo, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

    1. No Change of Mind Returns

    We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

    Please ensure you select your items carefully before purchasing.

    2. Minor Manufacturing Imperfections

    Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, minor manufacturing imperfections, such as slight marks or surface variations, may occur. These small imperfections do not affect the function, wearability or quality of the item and are not considered defects. As such, they are not eligible for return, replacement or refund.

    3. Defective or Faulty Items

    If you receive an item with a genuine defect or fault that goes beyond minor manufacturing imperfections, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under our 30-day warranty. However, we do carefully inspect all products before shipping to minimise the chance of defects.

    To initiate a claim, contact us at official@arcainemuseo.com with your order details and photos of the defect.

    3. Refunds (If Applicable)

    Refunds are only issued if the item cannot be replaced.

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

    4. Warranty Coverage

    Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 18k gold-plated stainless steel, designed to be durable and resistant to tarnishing, rust and everyday wear. All items come with a 30-day warranty covering genuine manufacturing defects (excluding minor imperfections) and an extended 90-day warranty specifically covering any loss of colour or fading under normal wear.
